Turkey Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Brussell Sprout Salad

I think the Meatloaf should win an award and the Brussell Sprout Salad was better than the one we ate earlier at an outstanding restaurant!

Olive-Pistachio Spread Lamb Chops and Pear Salad

Lamb chops are always great, but these were topped with a tasty olive spread that made them even better.  The Pear salad was great as well.

Pork Tenderloin and Panzanella Salad

Great Pork and the Salad was outstanding.  Panzanella was actually better a couple days later, ostensibly because the juices from all the different vegetables had more time to marry together.

Paella

It tasted as good as it looks!
